Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
Sticker orders and other flat items are shipped via USPS in a stamped envelope. This method does not include tracking and typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If you prefer a shipping option with tracking, I highly recommend selecting Tracked Shipping at checkout (please note that this option is not free).
Estimated Delivery Times
US orders usually arrive in 1-2 weeks, and international orders may take at least 1-3 months
Delivery times vary depending on your country. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive, especially around the holidays.
Customs
Customers will be responsible for ALL custom taxes, duties or import fees that may apply upon arrival. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Wrong Address/Return To Sender
Shipping labels are made based on information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checkout, as we are not responsible for missing/undelivered mail due to an incorrect addresses.
Package Marked As "Delivered" But Did Not Receive it
Sometimes tracked packages may be marked as "Delivered" before they actually arrive. Please allow at least 3 additional days to see if your package arrives.
If you still haven't received your order after this time, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Contacting USPS or your selected carrier
